Learning to Ride

Last night AJ taught IJ to ride a 2 wheel bike! Yahoo! He really did good, it just clicked for him. While that was happening, I taught LJ to use the pedals on his bike. He was excited because he got to learn something too.

While we were doing this, BJ turned to SJ and said, “I learned to ride my bike in this neighborhood, and you did too. Now IJ is learning here and LJ will learn here. Cool, huh?” It really hit me that my kids think it is neat that they are learning stuff in the same location, and that although our house is small, it really is our home and the boys could care less about the size. :)

      Wow! Way to go Isaac! Dayne is still learning. We have had really yucky weather here so we have not been able to go out and practice for a while. We also need to blow up the tires on his bike. We are excited for Isaac! I think that it will encourage Dayne. Thank you!!

      Congratutations Isaac! You will enjoy having this skill. I still remember learning how to ride my bike when I was little. I had a small wart on my chin and when I tipped over on my bike I hit my chin on the handle bars and knocked that wart right off of my face. It bled alot but it never came back. Have fun riding!
